International aerospace recruitment and training specialist Resource Consulting has today [22 June 2009] signed an agreement with Elbe Flugzeugwerke (EADS EFW) for permanent recruitment services for the Centre of Excellence Freighter.

EFW, owned by the EADS group, is experiencing a period of growth and require further skilled engineers to continue the strategy of adding more products to their passenger-to-cargo aircraft conversion portfolio.

Resource Consulting will source skilled aircraft design and development engineers from across Europe and will support EFW throughout the selection process. The firm will also help the successful engineers in relocating to Dresden where EFW is based.

Resource Consulting business manager Matthew Blackledge says: “We believe that our expertise in international aerospace recruitment will prove of great value to EFW as it continues to strengthen its engineering team.

“For us, this is a chance to show EFW the effectiveness of our service in the hope that we will continue to support them for many years to come.”
