Remploy employment advisors will man the JobMobiles offering back to work services, including CV writing, interview coaching and enhanced job searching techniques.
The centres are fitted with a satellite dish that provides high-speed internet connection to six PCs to help with job hunting, online job applications and interview preparation.
The itinerary includes: Buxton, Chapel Le Frith, New Mills and Bakewell in Derbyshire and Chapeltown, Darnall, Manor, Mexborough and Thorne in South Yorkshire.
Beth Carruthers, director of employment services at Remploy, says: “The JobMobiles will take vital employment information to those who have been unemployed for more than 12 months and will also provide advice and training to prepare them for work.”
