HR consultancy Reed Consulting has won an HR Recruitment Services framework agreement with OGCbuying.solutions.

Public sector customers will be able to engage with Reed Consulting under specially negotiated preferential terms and conditions.

The framework agreement offers savings for the public sector through buying power, economies of scale and strategic partnerships.
