Redundancies are eroding the morale of Britain’s workers, according to a survey by the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD).

The survey shows that four out of five workers recommend that senior managers could restore trust by foster ‘more honest’ communications as well as affording workers a bigger say on workplace issues.
