Hospitality recruiters need to promote hospitality jobs as a career of choice, says Sarah Hegarty, human resources director, Park Plaza Westminster Bridge London.

Hegarty told Recruiter: “Recruiters in hospitality and catering also must overcome the perception that hospitality is not a good career option in the UK. Europe has a better reputation for developing new talent through educational choices for hospitality. As with almost every industry, the large brands also are competing for the best talent.”
