Leadership and succession planning are top priorities for recruiters

The top two priorities for recruiters are succession planning and leadership, according to training and performance development firm, Lander Associates.

 

Fiona Lander, managing director at Lander Associates, said: “This signals that recruiters are looking more closely at issues such as managing time between fee earning leadership, motivating and coaching for development”.

“Leadership development can also be a great attraction tool. People who see themselves as future leaders will want to work for you. But if you don’t have a development strategy in place – your potential future talent is likely to be lost to your competitors.”
