Eames Consulting Group announces Q1 results

Insurance and financial services recruiter Eames Consulting Group announced a record quarter for Q1 2008.

Matthew Jaquiss (pictured), managing director, said: “We are delighted to announce that like-for-like net fee income (gross profit) rose by 149% in the first quarter of this year, compared to the same period in 2007. This was alongside a rise in net profit of 124%.

“The rise in fee income can be attributed to much improved income per head, a direct result of our hiring and retention strategy that was implemented last year to improve the quality of the individuals delivering to our clients.

“We intend to capitalise on these outstanding results and maintain the momentum. Our search division, Eames Search, has recently completed a team move from an executive search firm and added to its research capacity by hiring directly out of a Top 3 global executive search firm.”
