ATSCo launches new diversity audit

Trade association the Association of Technology Staffing Companies (ATSCo) is launching a new diversity audit to enable its members to demonstrate their commitment to diversity, both in recruitment services to clients and internally to employees.

The Equality Assured Recruitment certificate will be awarded to recruiters after a successful comprehensive audit of their diversity policies.

Not-for-profit organisation Birmingham Professional DiverCity will conduct the audits on behalf of ATSCo.

Marilyn Davidson, director at ATSCo, said: “We are pleased to offer this revolutionary new diversity initiative as part of our ongoing commitment to best practice. This certification will enable recruiters to stand out from their peers in clearly demonstrating their commitment to diversity and give them an edge when pitching for business.”
