Multi-sector recruiter Blue Arrow has agreed a deal with the City of Edinburgh council to supply all temporary staff.

Laura Van Zyl, account director at Blue Arrow, said: "This allows us to co-ordinate the supply chain, leverage economies of scale and work on reduced administrative costs as allowed by increased volume, thereby offering efficiencies that cannot be achieved when using hundreds of smaller suppliers."
