Recruiter buyout

Masstemps bought by management

Industrial recruiter Masstemps has been bought out by its management. Andy Jay, Ian Bowen and Matt Ford acquired the firm from the Allied Stainless Group.

Ian Bowen, director at Masstemps, said: “When we started all we had was a couple of telephones, an office within one of the Allied Stainless factories and a few contacts. The growth has really been built up on delivering the best possible service so that 90% of our work is now repeat business companies trust is and some are even pointing their clients in our direction.”
