IT recruiter acquires German firm

UK-based IT recruiter Modis International has acquired German recruitment firm Personality IT. The terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Personality IT is based in Stuttgart.

"This acquisition gives us the opportunity to grow Modis International's German presence with a high-quality, well-positioned provider of technology staffing," said Jim Albert, president of Modis International. "Continental Europe continues to be a high growth area for Modis International as we look to expand across Europe and seek higher-margin business.
Personality IT helps us achieve both those goals. We are excited to work with Personality IT?s strong team of professionals and grow our presence in Germany."
