REC Legal and HR has published a paper highlighting the findings of its recent meeting which analysed the relationship between agencies and HR.

The Recruitment & Employment Confederation (REC) group, which supports legal and HR recruiters, met with clients and identified what constitutes good practice in building and maintaining productive relationships between HR and recruitment agencies.

Martin Snell, chair of REC Legal and HR, says: “In the current climate, identifying talent and individuals with the right skills and experience presents employers with real challenges. A productive partnership with a recruitment agency is therefore not just beneficial but is a business imperative.”

The guide, entitled ‘Creating Productive Partnerships – The Relationship between HR and Agencies’, can be accessed via the REC Legal and HR homepage, http://www.rec.uk.com/regions-sectors/sectors/legalhr.
