Raynaud: will focus her energy on the UK and Ireland

Christine Raynaud has assumed the role of chief executive for UK and Ireland for global recruitment and talent management company
Hudson.

Raynaud has led Hudson’s European operations as president and CEO, including the UK/Ireland business, since 2004 and will combine the roles, relocating to London.

She succeeds Andy Rogerson in the UK/Ireland role. Hudson confirmed that Rogerson, who stepped into the role in 2007, will leave Hudson at the end of January for personal reasons. Raynaud said: “Andy has worked extremely hard on behalf of Hudson. For all his efforts and hard work, I would like to thank him and wish him the best.”

The UK/Ireland business has nearly 800 staff and is the largest of Hudson’s European operations. “Given the challenging economy faced in the UK and Ireland, I believe that this region is the correct focus for my energy in 2009,” Raynaud said.
