Radia’s recruiters unify under Advantage Resourcing brand

Radia Holdings’ staffing and recruiting companies are to unify under one brand Advantage Resourcing.

Radia Holdings’ staffing and recruiting companies are to unify under one brand Advantage Resourcing.

The firm, which includes London-based financial recruiter FSS, is now divided into four specialised business groups: Advantage xPO, Advantage Technical Resourcing, Advantage Professional and Advantage Staffing:

• Advantage xPO, a professional services and outsourcing group providing recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) , business process outsourcing (BPO) and contingent workforce management programs and consulting

• Advantage Technical Resourcing, a technical staffing group providing qualified technical, IT, engineering, research and development  and scientific professionals

• Advantage Professional which recruits in the HR, finance and accounting, executive support and legal sectors

• Advantage Staffing which provides staffing for general business, clerical, administration, light industrial and skilled trades.

Charles J Abadie, chairman and chief executive of Advantage Resourcing, says: “It started by talking with our clients. We then looked at the overall global marketplace and realised there is a significant disconnect between existing staffing and recruiting companies and the organisations that hire them. Our organisational structure is set up to solve the real issues our clients face every day.”

Jack Irving, general manager, global marketing, adds: “The big difference between Advantage Resourcing and other staffing companies is that we’re just not just dots on a map.

“It’s the combination of our global sharing of information, the way we’ve structured our groups—working together, not in silos—and our product and the service offerings we’ve created to solve our clients, problems that make us special.”
