Job search engine Totaljobs.com’s ‘Off the bench’ programme has gained the support of retail and FMCG recruiter Quest Search & Selection.

Under the scheme, jointly run by the QPR trust, the charitable arm of Queens Park Rangers Football Club, participants over the age of 35 from the West London area will take part in a 13-week course in job and application skills.

Employees from Quest will be running five of the sessions.

The programme will accept 12 participants who will have been out of work for six months or longer.
