Prime People primed for recovery

International real estate, infrastructure and commercial property recruiter Prime People has seen net fee income fall but says it is well placed to capitalise on opportunities posed by the recovery

International real estate, infrastructure and commercial property recruiter Prime People has seen net fee income fall but says it is well placed to capitalise on opportunities posed by the recovery in its interim results for the six months ended 30 September 2009.

Gross fee income was £7.07m, down from £12.09m in the same period last year, while net fee income was £3.05m, which fell from £6.68m on the corresponding period in 2008.

Peter Moore, managing director of Prime People, says: “On the basis that the worst outcome of the global financial crisis has been averted, Prime People, with its strong UK position and established overseas offices, is ready and able to capitalise on the opportunities that the coming months may offer.”
