Specialist recruitment consultancy, Primat Recruitment, a part of AMEC, has launched a dedicated website to support the recruitment needs of AMEC’s North Sea projects.

International engineering and project management company AMEC has been selected by BP Exploration and Production to programme manage its existing portfolio of onshore and offshore projects in the North Sea. The four-year contract is estimated to be worth £60m.

The recruitment site (http://amecbp.primatrecruitment.com), which went live yesterday [6 June], gives candidates the opportunity to apply for live vacancies across all disciplines and provides information about the various projects located to the west of Shetland, Northern North Sea, Southern North Sea and the Norwegian sector of the North Sea.

Ruth Jachnik, who is responsible for resource management at Primat, added: “We feel this recruitment site will be an excellent mechanism for informing key players in the industry of project vacancies and other project related information.

“The site, managed by Primat, will play a vital role in sourcing and recruiting these talented individuals to support AMEC’s development.”

AMEC is a focused supplier of high-value consultancy, engineering and project management services to the world’s oil & gas, minerals and metals, clean energy, water and environmental sectors.
