Engineering and construction recruiter Platinum Recruitment Services is to open new offices in Newcastle and Manchester next month.

The firm also announces the appointments of Gordon Stuart, who joins its accounts team from electrical contractor T Clarke; Denise Donoghue as construction resourcer; and Mark Lambert as electrical resourcer.

Meanwhile, Anne Lambert joins as company administrator.
