Global consumer brand company P&G is launching an interactive online competition to reach out to university students as part of its attraction strategy.

Global consumer brand company P&G is launching an interactive online competition to reach out to university students as part of its attraction strategy.

P&G&U offers junior university students in Europe the chance to experience being part of a P&G team and follows other similar P&G online recruitment initiatives including a virtual careers fair and job interviews using audio and video conferencing.

First and second year students from universities across Europe will be able learn about consumer habits, and come up with a business plan with new creative solutions.

Three teams will be chosen to present their business plan to a panel of P&G managers in Geneva in May 2010. The successful team will be offered P&G training at a special holiday location, while P&G will implement the winning solution in real-life.
