Jobshop UK appoints Miles in bid to triple company turnover
Jobshop UK, an independent recruitment agency specialising in office and technical recruitment, has appointed Frances Miles (on left of picture) as joint director.
The company plans to triple its turnover within five years by focusing on traditional interviewing and training techniques, areas in which Miles has expertise.
The position will involve overseeing and developing the company's temporary recruitment and taking responsibility for finance and training.
Miles will take over from David Bray, who co-founded the agency 10 years ago.
Commenting on the promotion, Tracey Wood (right), who helped found the agency, said: "I am delighted to announce Frances' appointment as joint director. Her talents and wealth of experience have been of great benefit to the company over the past nine years, and will be invaluable in the future as we move towards further expansion."
