Pearson TalentLens launches Sosie

Global talent assessment organisation Pearson TalentLens has launched Sosie, a new values-based assessment tool.

Global talent assessment organisation Pearson TalentLens has launched Sosie, a new values-based assessment tool.

Sosie measures personal motivations, interpersonal values and personality traits within a single assessment tool.

TalentLens managing director, Chris Hall, says: “Values are instrumental in determining what people do, the effort they put in and how well they perform. When measured alongside other relevant information such as personality traits, they contribute to an accurate and well-rounded assessment of an individual.

“By exploring specific values such as conformity, leadership and orderliness, you can gain insight into the person’s beliefs, interests, attitudes, needs and preferences.”
