With increasingly stringent reference and background checks at banks and other City institutions, director of operations and co-founder of City IT recruiter Cititec has told Recruiter the company is considering creating a screening passport.

Robert Grant says: “This is a concept we’re trying to develop with some of our screening agents, and I suppose only time will tell if it comes off.”
