Australia’s unemployment rate remained at 5.4% in April, according to the Australian Bureau of Statistics.
Total employment increased by 33,700 to 11.02m April, while full-time employment rose by 37,500 to 7.735m in the month and part-time employment was down by 3,900 to 3.29m.
Thousands of civil servants – including senior leaders – will be based in 13 towns and cities across the UK to work with frontline workers and local leaders.
