Multi-sector recruiter Interaction Recruitment has gone live with a fully integrated back office solution Opera II Recruitment from Cambridge Recruitment Software Solutions (CamRSS).

Following its purchase of 31 offices and recruitment of 150 staff from Kelly Services, Interaction Recruitment was faced with deploying new systems capable of processing 2,500+ weekly paid temporary staff.

Andrew Gilchrist, executive chairman of Interaction Recruitment, says: “Acquiring Kelly Services was an excellent opportunity for us but that’s when all the hard work really started. We needed to create an entirely new infrastructure capable of servicing and managing this major new business.
