One in three jobseekers make over 100 applications

While more than a third of jobseekers have made over 100 applications, for 48% this has converted into less than three interviews and for 31%, none or just one job interview, according to research from online outplacement provider MyWorkSearch.   

The research also shows that Monday is the most popular day to job search, but more than 40% of jobseekers spend their Saturdays sending out applications and over a third continue the search on Sundays.
