One in three global employers encounter hiring difficulties

Almost a third of employers (31%) report difficulties in filling key positions within their organisation, according to data from international recruiter Manpower.

Almost a third of employers (31%) report difficulties in filling key positions within their organisation, according to data from international recruiter Manpower.

According to the survey of more than 35,000 employers across 36 countries, the top hardest to fill jobs are skilled trades, sales representatives, technicians and engineers.

A separate Manpower survey shows that 76% of employers in Japan report difficulties finding the right people to fill jobs, followed by 64% of Brazillian employers and 53% of employers in Argentina and Singapore respectively.
