One in four people would quit their job without securing a new post, according to research from assessment firm Psychtests.com.

One in four people would quit their job without securing a new post, according to research from assessment firm Psychtests.com.

The poll of 7,000 people also found 57% would change careers late in life, while 61% prefer working in a job environment where their work is constantly changing.

Almost two thirds (63%) said they would take a big risk if there’s a good reward (e.g. money, recognition).
