Fresh Approach Solutions has signed a deal with an Omani-based recruiter, MCBS, to combine international resources with local personnel.

Adrian Mansfield, managing director of Fresh Approach Solutions, told Recruiter: “We had agreed a deal with a 50:50 split. They have a good track record of supplying Omani nationals to companies in Oman and other parts of the Gulf Region - we have bolted-on our services in terms of Western recruitment that we do internationally, anyway.”

The company has conducted  a three-month trial period and will now look to move two staff to the region permanently. It expects to hit around £400k in the first year of operating and £1.5m in the second.

Fresh Approach Solutions has offices in Birmingham and London, providing  contract and permanent staff to the defence, rail, civil engineering and space sector.
