Executive search firm Odgers Berndtson has been selected by the Society of London Theatre and the Theatrical Management Association assist in the search for a new joint chief executive.

The current CEO Richard Pulford has said he is to retire from the position around the end of the year. He will continue to work as an arts consultant on selected projects.

The two organisations represent theatre managers, owners and producers working in London and across the UK respectively.
