HR software and services provider NorthgateArinso has acquired Australian HR and payroll solution provider Neller.

HR software and services provider NorthgateArinso has acquired Australian HR and payroll solution provider Neller.

The purchase supports NorthgateArinso’s global growth strategy as it expands into Australia, New Zealand and Asia Pacific. The company now has offices in Auckland and Wellington (New Zealand), Adelaide, Brisbane, Melbourne and Sydney.

David Page, managing director of Neller, take charge of NorthgateArinso’s Australia/New Zealand business and will report directly to Darcy Lalonde, president, Asia Pacific.

Malcolm Aldis, managing director of NorthgateArinso in the UK, says: “Following the successful strategy to acquire companies that enable us to best serve our customers’ needs here in the UK and around Europe, it is exciting to see this development in Australasia.
