HR software and services provider NorthgateArinso has agreed a seven-year, multi-million pound contract to provide global HR software and services to international healthcare business AstraZeneca.

 NorthgateArinso will help AstraZeneca achieve their goals of:

·      streamlining and consolidating HR services and solutions onto its globally deployed euHReka HR services platform, powered by SAP
·      providing in-country payroll services from its global delivery network for the 100 countries in which it operates
·      delivering HR administration and talent management services from HR service centres located in Manila, Buenos Aires, Granada and Katowice

AstraZeneca has approximately 65,000 employees in over 100 countries.
