Executive search and consultancy services firm Norman Broadbent has acquired Human Asset Development International Ltd (HADIL), a provider of psychological assessment, talent audit, executive coaching and applied research services.

HADIL will remain separate from the executive search services provided by the group so as to present an independent and objective service.

Andrew Garner, group chief executive of Norman Broadbent, says: “The Walker Report emphasised the importance of the assessment and calibration of boards and senior management. HADIL’s core product provides in-depth psychological profiling of both individuals and senior teams.

“We believe psychological assessment should be an essential part of our service portfolio, but it must be provided with a guarantee of confidentiality and objectivity.”
