Customer contact recruitment specialist Contact Centre Partners (CCP) has opened a new specialist division recruiting for planning, analytics & communication technologies (PACT) roles within the contact centre industry.

Customer contact recruitment specialist Contact Centre Partners (CCP) has opened a new specialist division recruiting for planning, analytics & communication technologies (PACT) roles within the contact centre industry.
The company has already been working within these specialisms for 18 months, but has now moved to formalise the PACT brand.The new offering has its own website, pactrecruit.com, and CCP itself also has a new website replacing the one that director Mark Conway designed himself when they launched “to save costs”.
