Online recruitment technology and marketing solutions specialist HotLizard has launched a dedicated account management channel for its clients. 

Louise Fairley, marketing manager, says: “New clients commissioning additional design/development are always assigned a dedicated project manager and this has not changed. However we wanted to focus in on and improve the aftercare and post-project processes.

“Effective immediately all existing HotLizard clients either long standing or recent go lives have access to this dedicated channel. Essentially they are immediately assigned an account manager who is then responsible for answering questions, preparing quotations, new project requests and day-to-day account management.”
