Recruitment and outsourcing provider Network Group Holdings has acquired IT Recruitment Network from Pertemps Investments.  

Formed in April 2008, IT Recruitment Network provides both temporary and permanent IT recruitment.

Following the acquisition, IT Recruitment Network has been merged with Network IT Recruitment, creating the IT Network Group which operates independently but will benefit from the financial security of its parent group.

Richard Chorley, managing director at IT Network Group, told Recruiter: “Having worked for large corporate IT recruiters for many years I started IT Recruitment Network to offer a client centric approach.

“In line with our 10 year growth strategy we are currently looking for experienced recruiters to come and join us.”
