Global recruiter and talent management consultancy Hudson unveils a new career portal this week that will offer jobseekers significant
transparency in their job search.

My.hudson.com will allow jobseekers to see their status and how many applications have been made for a particular job. The technology will
also allow jobseekers to see how many times their profile has been viewed.

The career portal, powered by Google search engine technology, will also have benefits for clients. My.hudson.com can be fully branded and linked to a company’s website, which will enable businesses to promote their available jobs in a highly visual way to active jobseekers who have been selected by Hudson.

Christine Raynaud, CEO and president Hudson Europe, told Recruiter: “The site will re-define the way in which recruiters interact with candidates and the way clients attract and present themselves to candidates.”
