Morgan McKinley creates 75 new jobs with rebranding of Irish businesses

Irish-owned professional recruitment consultancy Premier Group is rebranding three of its recruitment businesses — Premier, Verkom and Brunel — to Morgan McKinley and is creating 75 jobs in Morgan

Irish-owned professional recruitment consultancy Premier Group is rebranding three of its recruitment businesses — Premier, Verkom and Brunel — to Morgan McKinley and is creating 75 jobs in Morgan McKinley’s Irish operations over the next 18 months.

The firm adds that it will support the move with a €1m (£0.87m) investment to launch and develop the Morgan McKinley brand in Ireland.

Recruitment has started for the new jobs including recruitment consultant positions and roles in Premier Group’s global support services team covering innovation development, finance, marketing, IT and HR.

The roles will be based at Morgan McKinley’s Irish offices in Dublin and Cork, Kilkenny, Limerick and Waterford offices.

Chief executive of Premier Group, Pat Fitzgerald, says: “Today’s jobs announcement is an essential part of Premier Group’s wider plans for future growth in Ireland and internationally.

“Premier Group acquired Morgan McKinley in 2008 and we operate under this name internationally. The timing of this rebrand and our investment in business growth also reflects our confidence in the Irish economy and jobs market as we see it start to stabilise from the very low base of job opportunities reached last year.

“Ireland will be the central hub of our global operations, driving our international growth and, in turn, the services we offer our Irish clients and candidates will reflect and benefit from the international reach and expertise that Morgan McKinley has to offer.”
