Marriott International has launched My Marriott Hotel game to give candidates an insight into what it might be like to work for the international hotelier.

Marriott International has launched My Marriott Hotel game to give candidates an insight into what it might be like to work for the international hotelier.

Developed by employer branding and employee engagement specialist Evviva Brands, the game uses social media platforms to provide insight into the skills needed to run a kitchen in one of Marriott’s hotels.

Candidates aim to run a successful kitchen that will serves an invisible but implied dining room, balancing hiring staff, equipment acquisition, ingredients sourcing, customer satisfaction and quality control.
