Manpower posts strong results

International recruitment firm Manpower Group saw an increase in net earnings and revenues in the company’s third quarter.

International recruitment firm Manpower Group saw an increase in net earnings and revenues in the company’s third quarter.

Net earnings increased to $79.6m (£49.9m) from $51.3m year-on-year, and total revenues for the quarter increased 16% to $5.8bn.

Jeffrey A. Joerres, Manpower Group chairman and chief execuitve says: “Our core business, Manpower, continues to grow despite the tepid economic environment, while our professional and project-based resourcing business, Experis, and our solutions business are rapidly adding to profitability and enhancing ManpowerGroup’s positioning with our clients.”
