Managers reluctant to change jobs, says Crussh

A reluctance by candidates to move on is affecting Crussh Juice Bars’ ability to attract restaurant managers, according to the chain’s HR & training manager Adam Lancaster.

A reluctance by candidates to move on is affecting Crussh Juice Bars’ ability to attract restaurant managers, according to the chain’s HR & training manager Adam Lancaster.

Lancaster told Recruiter: “Compared to the situation before the recession we are seeing fewer management applicants - there are just less people looking for a job.

“People seem to be sticking with the job they have and weathering out the storm. On the positive side it means we can retain our people for longer rather than losing to rivals. On the negative side if someone does leave we don’t have the same depth of candidates to choose from.”
