Man in court over recruiter murder

A man accused of the murder of a driver recruitment agency boss will appear in court today.

A man accused of the murder of a driver recruitment agency boss will appear in court today.

Russell Leon Carter, 52, of Rumney, Cardiff, South Wales, is charged with murdering director Kingsley Monk, 45, in October 2008.

Monk died at the scene at his office in New Inn on 20 October 2008.

Carter also stands accused of attempted murder and false imprisonment of three others at the agency.

Carter will appear at Newport Crown Court for a plea and case management hearing.
