Professional network LinkedIn has launched a Volunteer Experience & Causes tool on its site.

Members can now add volunteer positions, causes they care about and organisations they support such as Oxfam International Habitat for Humanity International, and any other organisation they support on their LinkedIn Profile.

To add the Volunteer Experience & Causes field to a LinkedIn profile, members should:

• After logging in, click ‘Profile’ at the top of LinkedIn.
• Click the ‘Add Sections’ hyperlink.
• Select ‘Volunteer Experience & Causes’.
• Click the ‘Add to Profile’ button and then fill out the applicable fields.
