Betting firm Ladbrokes has launched an online recruitment system with online recruitment solutions provider Changeworknow. 

Betting firm Ladbrokes has launched an online recruitment system with online recruitment solutions provider Changeworknow. 

The solution aims to build up a well-qualified talent pool of retail applicants, spot high potential employees immediately and communicate with candidates via social media, text messaging and android phones.

Sara Davies, Ladbrokes’ HR director – reward & resourcing, says: “Candidates are guided through a series of realistic screening questionnaires that are all about engaging those candidates who will be a good fit for us and will love working with our customers in any one of our 2,100 shops.”
