Lack of loyalty among IT workers

Nearly two in three (59%) IT professionals are not loyal to their employer, according to research from The IT Job Board.

Nearly two in three (59%) IT professionals are not loyal to their employer, according to research from The IT Job Board.

The research also shows 52% didn’t believe that IT workers tended to be loyal in their employment, while 53% said their lack of loyalty was down to the management not listening, and 46% suggested the companies they work for cut corners.
 
The banking and finance sectors were highlighted as being those with the biggest movement of IT workers at 34%.
