Kenexa, provider of business solutions for human resources,has launched ZOOMRecruit.

The new rapid recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) option provides two levels of RPO support – project-based RPO and sourcing.

The project-based RPO solution delivers all of the components of Kenexa’s complete RPO solution, including sourcing and recruiting, employment branding and employee assessments, for a short, defined period.

For the sourcing only solution, Kenexa sources and recruits top candidates and then submits them to the client.
