Change management, innovation and engagement are the key issues that recruiters must focus on to succeed next year, according to training and performance development specialist for recruitment, Lander Associates.

With the economy predicted to pick up during the first half of next year, the training firm says that recruitment consultancies need to take advantage of the increased business but have sensible and realistic plans for the medium term, reviewing their service offerings for the changing times.

Managing director Fiona Lander says: “Recruiters must listen to their customers. With the prolific use of online tools in business and in the recruitment industry today, recruitment organisations need to be innovative and think of new ways to offer their services. Recruitment leaders really need to focus on engagement to keep their key talent.”
