National recruiter Jark is offering recruitment entrepreneurs, wanting to start their own business, funding, back-office support and a partnership.

Jark Joint Ventures provides start-up funds, the ability to manage and operate back-end support functions including accounts, payroll, IT, marketing, credit control and more.
