Jacobs launches Loveworklife

Former director of new business development at the Adecco Group UK & Ireland and ex-managing director of Office Angels, Paul Jacobs, has launched Loveworklife.

Aimed at offering SME recruitment business owners practical help from Jacob’s wealth of experience and contacts, built up from 33 years in recruitment, Loveworklife takes an holistic view of the business. As well as developing a client’s organisation, Loveworklife will help owners to change their working environment, putting the emphasis back on the actual culture of an organisation.

Speaking exclusively to Recruiter, Jacobs says: “The name has been deliberately chosen to reflect what the business environment — and work and home life — should be about. So many recruitment owners aren’t enjoying the work any more.

“A successful business should be a fun place in which to work — and in which to retain staff. I feel passionate about this. I worked hard at Office Angels to achieve this culture. Staff were emotionally tied into the organisation and that helped drive the business forward.”
