JAB expands international operations

North-East global oil & gas recruiter JAB Recruitment has expanded its international operations with the opening of a new office in Calgary, Western Canada at the end of Q1 this year.

North-East global oil & gas recruiter JAB Recruitment has expanded its international operations with the opening of a new office in Calgary, Western Canada at the end of Q1 this year.

The firm adds that it expects continue its international growth with the opening of a Middle East office by Q1 2011 in Abu Dhabi and Perth, Australia by Q3 2011.

The Dundee-based firm has also recently invested over £350,000 on new headquarters, creating around 10 jobs in the next 12-18 months.

Andrew Ramsay, managing director of JAB, says: “Due to increasing global energy demand the requirement for experienced personnel in international locations will be higher and more competitive than ever before. Clients are frequently asking us to establish new international operations to service their ongoing needs.”
