Skills testing and e-learning specialist ISV Software has entered into a strategic alliance with global assessment and management systems provider Thomas International. 

In a statement, ISV revealed that the alliance was prompted by having been asked by many of its over 1,300 recruitment clients to recommend products such as psychometric testing and motivational tools that were complementary to ISV’s own offerings.

ISV has also taken on board an online culture and behaviour enhancing programme. ‘An Even Better Place to Work’ is designed to improve leadership, develop teams and increase staff satisfaction.
